FOR EMPLOYERS, HR LEADERS & ADVISORS

Career Transition Support

Senior-level outplacement for organizations that want their departing employees to land well, not just to receive a login.

When a company reduces, restructures, or winds down, the way people are treated on the way out becomes the story everyone tells afterward. This is support that is worth telling a story about.

THE DIFFERENCE

Not a portal. A coach.

WHAT ORGANIZATIONS ARE ACTUALLY BUYING

Traditional outplacement gives a departing employee a software license, a library of templates, and a call center. It is inexpensive because almost nobody uses it. Every participant here works directly with me, by name, for the length of the engagement.

The people leaving are talking to the people staying. They are talking to your customers, your industry, and increasingly to a public audience. A transition handled with real care protects the reputation of the company and the leader who made the decision, and it shortens the time your former employees spend out of work.

For the leader who has to deliver the news, it also changes the conversation. Being able to say that real coaching has already been arranged and paid for is a materially different message than pointing someone toward a website.

THE WORK

What every participant receives

Each person is coached individually against their own situation, seniority, and market.

Direction and target roles — A one to one strategy session that establishes where this person is actually going, before anything is written.

A rewritten resume — Built for the roles they are genuinely pursuing, not a reformatted version of the one that was not working.

A complete LinkedIn rewrite — Recruiters find people before people find jobs. The profile has to carry the same story as the resume.

Interview preparation — Narrative development, competency drills, and how to talk about the separation without apologizing for it.

Search strategy — Networking guidance, target company mapping, and hiring manager outreach templates that people actually send.

Direct access to me — Email support throughout the engagement. No ticket queue, no assigned representative, no call center.

STRUCTURE

Tiered by level, because the searches are different.

A senior leader is running a fundamentally different search than an individual contributor. Pricing is quoted per participant against the tier, so the organization pays for what each person actually needs.

HOW IT WORKS

Simple for you. Personal for them.I

The organization has enough to manage during a transition. The administrative load here is intentionally small.

Five numbered steps across:

  1. Brief call

  2. Tiered SOW

  3. One invoice

  4. I contact each person

  5. Coaching begins

ON CONFIDENTIALITY

What a participant tells me stays with me. The organization is told who is engaging and how the work is progressing, never what someone said about their manager, their compensation, or their reasons for leaving. That boundary is what makes the coaching useful, and I hold it firmly.

WHO I WORK WITH

My clients are professionals and executives, largely in medical device, healthcare, finance, technology, and corporate functions across the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. I am a Nationally Certified Career Coach and I have been doing this work since two thousand nineteen.

Engagements range from a single sensitive exit, where one long-tenured person needs to land somewhere good, through a full company wind-down covering an entire staff. Both are worth doing well.

For HR consultants and advisors

If you advise companies through reductions, I would like to be the name you reach for. You keep the client relationship. I handle the coaching, the scheduling, the materials, and the follow-through, and I make you look good for having recommended it. Several of my strongest engagements have come exactly this way.

NEXT STEP

A fifteen minute call is usually enough

Enough to know whether this fits. I can turn a statement of work around quickly, and I understand that these decisions are often made on a compressed timeline.
